NAMPI will not issue refunds for attendee registrations. Registration can be transferred at any time to another member of your organization. No-shows are still required to pay in full.
Yes! We provide the option to pay-later for our state and federal attendees. However, payment must be guaranteed prior to the event. If you need an invoice for your registration, reach out to us at contact@nampi.net.
No, all non-state program integrity and non-government registrations must be paid in full before the conference. Failure to pay in advance may result in cancellation. A valid credit card may be required to secure registration, and unpaid balances are subject to fees and interest. Registration is based on availability. Attendees with unpaid fees must pay on-site for entry.
You should register for the Other Government rate. The State PI rate is reserved for those within the primary program integrity for their state.
Membership is not required to register for the 2026 annual conference. Your registration is your membership—providing you with 2 years of NAMPI membership beginning at the commencement of the event.
If they are planning on attending sessions or meals - yes, they will need a full registration to attend. If they only plan on attending the evening activities, you can purchase a guest pass for them during registration. If they do not have a guest pass, they will not be permitted entrance.
Absolutely. Submitting a registration constitutes your official commitment to attend the conference. Failure to attend does not qualify as a cancellation, and full payment will still be required. Please refer to our cancellation policy if you are unable to attend.

The programming on State-Only Day (August 23) will only be available to those State PI attendees who attend in person. All other programming will be available to all attendees, virtual and in-person.
